That conviction comes from experience. CMKA's founder spent years as the person every growing operation leaned on. The one who stepped in, filled the gaps, and held things together when they started to slip. From the outside it looked like leadership. Then a business partner said it plainly: he had become the bottleneck. The dependability that made him indispensable had made the whole thing fragile.

That reframed everything. A business that collapses the moment one person steps away isn't strong — it's carrying weight on a weak structure. And weight isn't the same as responsibility. Weight piles up when ownership is unclear, roles aren't defined, and every decision routes through one set of shoulders.
